VINTAGE SALEM CHILD'S I go here says the Fork DISH INTERNATIONAL SILVER EX COND!

Description

This sweet vintage child's dish, or plate, is in remarkable condition and has been lovingly cared for over almost a century.  It shows a lovely vibrant design of a little girl feeding her teddy bear and the cream colored plate has a decorative gold rim and inner circle.  The sides lips of the dish feature two different sayings in gold that guide a child as to where she should place her fork and her spoon:
"I go here" says the Fork
and
"I go here" says the Spoon
On the back of the plate is the following in gold:

U. S. Design Patent 88343
By The Salem China Co.
The measurements of the plate are 9" by 7 1/4" and 1" in depth.  The background color is cream and there is a centered design with the young girl feeding her teddy bear.  The dish features to side lips that act as place holders for a fork and a spoon.  Whether a silver-plated fork and spoon came with this, I would have to guess "yes," as the Salem China Company was commissioned by the International Silver Company to
create the dish most likely to be accompanied with their silver-plated forks and spoons!
This would make a lovely collector's item as not only is it in excellent condition, but it is really sweet and quite unique!
