Vintage childs plate Girl Feeding Teddy Bear-Made for International Silver Co

Original child's plate from the late 1940's to 50's made for International Silver Co by The Salem China Co.
"I go here" says the Fork on the left and "I go here" says the spoon on the right. Little girl feeding her Teddy
bear in a high chair. Has Gold trim all around outer and inner rim. Very little to no wear, wasn't used very much.
Back side on top is a tiny chip pictured in the next to last of my pictures. Back side, not obvious.
