Perhaps the most exciting new feature of the Launchkey 37 MK3 is its eight onboard Scale Modes. We all use modes, whether we realize it or not. Now with the 3rd-gen Launchkey, you can lay down a smokin’ Mixolydian bass line or rock out a sweet solo in Dorian mode without getting bogged down in music theory. (Of course, knowing a little theory never hurt any musician!) Scale Modes transpose the keys you play into notes of the scale you’ve chosen. You just select your root note and the scale you want, and then play. We ship by FedEx or USPS. We usually ship the same business day if the order is received before 3:00 P.M. EST. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. Two day shipment service generally excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Ground service delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday for home delivery, Monday-Friday for commercial addresses.

If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost can be deducted from your credit or refund. Returns must be in the complete and

packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.), show no signs of wear or use, and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective Product Received: In the unlikely event you receive a product that appears defective, please contact us. If, during the first 30 days after you receive the product, we determine that it is defective, we will arrange, at our expense, for a pick up of the product and a replacement of the product.

Damaged/Lost Shipments: If your shipment (i.e., outer box) arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.

Please write the RA number on the shipping label and NOT on the product box itself
Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials
If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed
When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue
Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS
Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit
We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered
