JUDGE DREDD 1995 Original Production Art - Aspen Prison Transport Shuttle 2

Description

For the development and production of the 1995 film, Judge Dredd, a team of many artists helped to conceptualize the world of the character.
This is a hand-rendered illustration combined with a printed art layover of he main hull adhered to the surface depicts the front view of a variant for a different Aspen prison transport shuttle design, with focus on the lower protruding features, done by hand.  The specific artist wasn't named at the time this item was offered. Some of the artists worked in producing different takes on the same subjects. Measuring 16 1/2" x 11 3/4" on black construction paper, it is remains in great condition. Acquired in 2012, from the collection of the film's producer Charles Lippincott, this  has been stored away as it was purchased without prior display use.
