Description

Russian TESAK sample of 1827. Rare collectible sword! The blade is steel, curved, single-edged, with one broad dale on both sides, two-edged combat end, saw on the butt. The hilt is brass, tselnolita, consists of a handle and a crosspiece. The handle is oval in cross section, tapering to the top with transverse grooves on the abdomen, the back is smooth. The pommel is massive, bent towards the blade edge. The cross is short, straight, S-shaped. The sheath is wooden, fitted with leather with a brass instrument, consisting of a mouth with a long peg and a tip with a ball.
