These are original storyboards hand drawn by the director of this film, Patrick Hughes.  These were used as a guide for the storyboard artist to use when creating the final boards for this movie. These are all done in black pen on storyboard paper and there are 18 pages total that you are getting. Patrick Hughes is a director who also directed Hitman's Bodyguard and Expendables 3.  This would make a great addition to anyone's movie memorabilia collection.
