    Description

    Antique Ironstone Baby Bowl depicts the Nursery Rhyme; "Hey Diddle Diddle, the Cat and the Fiddle, the Cow Jumped Over the Moon". The transfers appear to be under a nice smooth glaze.  Gold Leaf rim.  Made in GERMANY.  Unsure of composition: ceramic, porcelain, ironstone.  This is a solid piece weighing about 8 ounces.  It measures approximately 5 inches in diameter and about 1 1/8 inches deep.  Small very old chip on edge and on base.  Used for display only.
