Antique Blue Ceramic Baby Food Warming Dish 1930's.
This segmented baby bowl allowed for warming when hot water poured inside.  The white button lifts off to reveal filling hole.  No hallmarks.  On the exterior underside rim, one small flake is 1/16"  (see last photo).  No other mentionable issues such as chips, breaks, crazing, etc.
