Antique Allerton's Blue Transferware Punch & Judy Child's Teapot.
Green Transferware Tea Pot - 5 1/8" tall by 6" handle to spout by 3 3/4" wide - It has slight age discoloration or staining in the interior and crazing throughout. There is a crack along the lid which may have been previously repaired. Small chips on the lid underside and the tip of the spout. Overall good condition in regards to it's age and the transfer is still vibrant and beautiful. please refer to the pictures for details. I'm available for any questions. Wonderful antique 1890s Child’s Punch & Judy Green Transferware teapot. T ALLERTON England features a Childs Punch & Judy T with a comical Frog puffing on a pipe.
The pattern name is "Punch". It was made by Charles Allerton & Sons, a pottery manufacturer in the Staffordshire region of England that was well known for its children's tea sets.
